Mandatory Training Requirement — CFV Facilitators & Instructors
Completion of the CFV Discernment & Restoration Framework is required for all active Cage Free Voices Facilitators and Instructors prior to delivering any CFV programming. This training ensures that every practitioner is equipped with the discernment standards, ethical protocols, and pastoral care competencies necessary to serve participants responsibly and effectively. Facilitators and Instructors must achieve a passing certification score before their active status is confirmed.
